Your occasion list

The home screen's big title will be the occasion. Put these in the order you'd want them, toggle the moon on anything that's an evening occasion, drop what you don't want, add what's missing.

    One list or two?

    Right now occasions sit up top and the vibes (Casual, Glam, Professional, Edgy, Boho, Romantic, Country, Beachy, Sporty, Game Day) are a filter underneath.

    Should the app guess your occasion in the morning?

    It can pre-pick from the time, weekday, and what you chose before — so most mornings are zero taps. It'll be wrong maybe one day in seven; fixing it is one tap.

    2Red-pen pass

    Everything the app says about style, in one place. Keep = fine as is. Cut = remove it. Rewrite = say it your way (a note box opens). Skip anything you don't care about — unanswered means "no opinion yet".

    79 rules, grouped. strong yes gentle yes avoid show how hard each rule pushes. Pictures are AI-made examples of the rule applied — judge the rule, not the photo.

    216 one-line tips the app can show under the day's look. The app picks the most relevant one (by the day's colors, season, occasion). Cut anything you'd never say.

    Rain — what should it rule out?

    The app knows when it's raining but doesn't use it yet. What should rain exclude or push down — suede, canvas sneakers, maxi hems, white trousers, anything?

    Loud prints & many colors

    Today: one statement print against neutrals gets a bonus; two prints get a small penalty; three or more accent colors gets a big one. Does that match your taste in 2026?

    3What's changed in fashion

    Three independent AI researchers read current trend reporting (2025–26 runway, street style, editors, retailers) and compared it against our rules. Where they agree, it's marked. For each one: do you agree?

    4September decisions

    Sept 3 we filmed Aspen’s work clothes twice — on hangers on a door, then laid flat on the floor — and put the closet in the app. These are the calls that came out of it. Pictures are the app’s own cut-outs.

    Is this tee red or pink?

    The app calls it “raspberry pink” (pink family). Brandon calls it red. The family decides which color rules fire.

    When navy reads as black

    Both logo polos are navy in real life. The app read this one as black, even in daylight.

    The app says “plum purple”. Burgundy pairs with navy under your rules; purple pairs differently.

    Where do cardigans live?

    Button-front cardigans came through as Tops; the open drape cardigan as Outerwear. Looks are built as base + layer, so this decides whether a cardigan can go over a tee.
    Blue button cardigan (came through as Top). The green v-neck did the same.

    Branded work polos

    A chest-logo polo is now tagged uniform, which changes the copy (“Ready for work” instead of “Quiet polish for the office”). Should uniform pieces also stay out of date-night and weekend looks?

    Fallback headlines

    When a look is a uniform piece or has no shoes yet, the app drops the flattering line and says: Ready for work · Ready for the day · Ready for a night out · Ready for date night · Ready for the event · Ready for the interview, with the small line “FOR WORK · 2 pieces”.

    Garment titles

    Closet tiles are now titled by kind, from the tags: Logo polo · Ruffle top · Flowy tank · Blouse · Tailored trousers · Sheer top · Paisley tank · Athletic jacket · Sneakers · Slip dress. Color is the subtitle.

    The filming card

    Before filming, the app now shows: Light (in front or overhead, never behind you) · Lay flat on the floor (plain sheet, dark for light clothes, a batch laid out face up, clear away anything that isn’t clothes) · Film from above (slow pass, a two-count each) · Clips (stops at about 45 s, then the next batch) · Shoes and bags (on the floor, one pair at a time) · Prefer hangers? (one per hanger, contrast, pants full length).

    Outfit board: beside or below?

    The home-screen board is being rebuilt to fill the card (pieces roughly double the area). On the wide card, the trousers can sit beside the top (magazine flat-lay) or below it (how it’s worn). The full-screen page keeps body order either way.

    Outfit board: how much tilt?

    Pieces get a slight tilt so the board feels laid, not pasted. Calm (±2°) or playful (±4°)? The hero piece never tilts.
